Sobriety (CSAT) Intensives
Break free. Heal deeply. Build a foundation for lifelong recovery.
Why a Sobriety Intensive?
Addiction thrives in isolation and secrecy—but freedom begins with focus, honesty, and connection.
Our Sobriety Intensives are designed to help men and women struggling with sexual addiction, pornography addiction, or intimacy disorders find lasting freedom and healing through a structured, trauma-informed, and faith-integrated approach.

In this immersive setting, you’ll experience more healing in 3–5 days than months of traditional weekly counseling. You’ll identify root issues, uncover patterns, and build tools that empower lifelong sobriety and spiritual restoration.
What Happens in a Sobriety Intensive
Our Intensives combine neuroscience, trauma-informed therapy, and biblically grounded principles for a comprehensive healing experience.
Each Intensive includes:
-
Individual therapy with a certified CSAT or trained recovery specialist.
-
Customized sobriety plan with clear tools for triggers, boundaries, and accountability.
-
Education on the brain and addiction cycle—how compulsive behaviors develop and how recovery works.
-
Disclosure and truth-telling process (if applicable) to rebuild trust and personal integrity.
-
Healing trauma and shame through guided emotional work, EMDR, or experiential exercises.
-
Spiritual integration to reconnect with God, renew your identity, and rebuild purpose.
-
Aftercare plan including support groups, reading assignments, and continued therapy recommendations.

Who It’s For
This intensive is for you if:
-
You’ve struggled to maintain sobriety despite best efforts.
-
You feel trapped in secrecy, shame, or double-life behavior.
-
You’re ready to understand why you act out—and what to do about it.
-
You want freedom not just from addiction, but for purpose, intimacy, and wholeness.
The Power of the Intensive
In weekly counseling, progress often unfolds slowly—sessions are shorter, and the space between them can make it difficult to maintain momentum. But during an intensive, you have uninterrupted time to focus solely on your healing. Without the distractions and pressures of daily life, you can finally go deeper into the roots of your struggles and begin real, lasting transformation.

Over the course of several focused days, you’ll identify patterns, process emotions, and rebuild your sense of strength and clarity. The intensive format allows for breakthrough moments that simply aren’t possible in traditional therapy settings.

Here, you’ll find the structure, safety, and spiritual support needed to make profound internal shifts. What begins during the intensive continues to grow long after it ends—renewed clarity, emotional grounding, and a deepened connection to yourself, others, and God.
What to Expect
-
3–5 days of one-on-one counseling
-
Private and confidential environment
-
Pre-intensive assessment and preparation materials
-
Personalized aftercare and relapse prevention plan
